Check-in time:  3:30 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:30 a.m.

DEPOSIT POLICY
One night's stay in advance applied to the date of departure.  If paying the deposit by check or money order, please know that the deposit is due seven (7) days after your reservation has been made.  Personal checks are accepted for reservation deposits only and must be received two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival.  Photocopy of drivers license is required at check-in for reservations where credit card is not on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY
72 hours prior to arrival to receive refund (early check-outs are subject to the 72-hour cancellation policy).  All early departures or cancellations that are paid by check or money order will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.  A $10.00 (plus tax) fee will be deducted from all deposits for all cancellations.

SMOKING & PET POLICY
The Copa Cabana Resort is a pet-free & smoke-free resort.  Any evidence of smoking or pets in your lodging room or anywhere in our facility will result in a $250.00 fine and possible eviction. 


GENERAL INFORMATION
Children four and under stay free with parents.  Extra persons, cribs & rollaways add $10.00 per night.  Group rates may be available with 10 or more rooms.  All rates are subject to change without notice.  All rates are subject to state & local taxes.  Weekends - two-night minimum stay may apply.
